Adult Lap Swim
As a lifetime sport, swimming keeps heart rate up, but takes some of the impact stress off of your body. Cost is $5 per entry or $80 for 20 entries with a punch card. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty during lap swim.
OMAHA LAP SWIM TIMES (25 yard pool):
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-9:30am
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00-1:30pm
SPRINGFIELD LAP SWIM TIMES (50 foot pool):
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:30am
- Year-Round Swim Lessons
- Warm Water & Warmer Air Temperature
- Small Class Sizes (4 Students Max)
- Caring, Certified SSI Swim Teachers
- Use of Swim Fins to Promote Horizontal Swimming
- Include Parents in the Last Five Minutes of Class to Review Skills
