Neal Richardson has been working as a swim instructor for the last six years. Within those 6 years he has received various certification in the aquatics, including: lifeguard, water safety instructor, lifeguard instructor, and - most recently - Swim School International Teacher.

Neal is a junior at Missouri State, where he is studying psychology. Neal plays for the Missouri State Rugby Club and is involved in many other sports as well. Neal is a bright, energetic, funny and smart instructor. He loves being around children and works closely with parents to make sure everyone is on the same page. Neal loves to see the swimmers he works with succeed. His favorite advice to give is, “Always dig deep, no matter what you do. Give it 100%.”
